For babies aged 6 weeks–12 months

Held on Mondays during the Queensland school term, this gentle program offers a supportive space to connect with others in the same season of motherhood.

What to Expect

For you
A calm, welcoming space for connection and support. Settle onto our blankets, slow down, and spend time connecting with your baby and other mothers.

For your baby
A thoughtfully curated selection of age-appropriate sensory experiences, including eco paints, handmade play dough, and simple nature-based activities designed to support early exploration.

What to Bring

• Everyday baby essentials (nappies, wipes, spare clothes, etc.)

• Sunscreen and a hat

• Insect repellent

• Water bottle and snacks

• A blanket or towel to lay your baby on
  (Blankets will also be provided)

Location

Sessions are held at the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens.

In fine weather, we gather under the jacaranda tree at the bottom of the hill behind the rotunda (near Fairymead House). Parking is available throughout the gardens.

In rainy or very hot weather, sessions move to the rotunda. Both locations are close together and easy to find.

Additional Information

This session is designed specifically for mums and babies up to 12 months. Families with older children may prefer our Nature & Messy Play Sessions.

A mumma of multiples (twins, triplets etc.)? You only pay for the first ticket.
Please select one Mum & Bub ticket and one Multiples ticket at checkout. The Multiples ticket is free and lets us know to expect more than one baby.
